It's kind of like alcohal, how some people use it anyways, I have friends that use alcohal to get their mind off things. the pain takes everything away kind of. that's what I think.

2006-01-28 [RabidSphinx]: we all have a gland in our neck called a Thyroid that controls our metabolism. someone with Graves disease has a Thyroid that does not work properly (either too much or too little) mine was working too much and i was wasting away...i looked like i was starving to death and my heart was racing all the time, and my bones were having the calcium sucked out of them, and all that, so i had my Thyroid killed with radiation and i'm on medications now to take over what my Thyroid once did...but they are not right and my heart and shit are messed up still
